READ TO RIDE IS BACK!

We love reading. And our summer program is really simple:
Kids can fill out one raffle ticket for every book they read this summer, and at the end of the summer, 20 lucky readers will ride off on new bikes! Here are the rules. Call for additional details.

  1. All entry forms must be received from the World’s Largest Laundromat or the Berwyn and Cicero libraries. Duplicate copies are not eligible.

  2. There will be bikes awarded through the drawing of raffle tickets.

  3. To be eligible, you must be at least 6 years old, and no more than 15 years old on the day of the drawing.

  4. The Drawing will be held at noon Aug. 20, 2022.
All raffle tickets must be dropped off at the Laundromat
    by 6 p.m. Aug. 19.

  5. To be eligible, the raffle ticket must be signed by either a librarian in either the Cicero or Berwyn public library systems, or a parent or guardian.

  6. Eligible books must be age appropriate. These must be books read during the period of the contest from May 27 until Aug. 19.

  7. Winners need not be present to win.

  8. A contestant is not eligible to win more than one bike.

  9. Winners’ right to a bike can not be assigned to someone else.

  10.  To receive a bike, the winner’s parents or guardian must sign a waiver holding the World’s Largest Laundromat free and clear of any responsibility for the bike.

  11.  Tom Benson, owner of the World’s Largest Laundromat, is the sole judge and his decision is final in the case of a dispute.
